Generally, turn on the power of the electric knife sharpener, turn on the switch, and the sharpening head part will start to rotate. Put the knife head of the knife into the sharpening edge and contact with the sharpening blade. Use uniform speed and constant force to move along the curve of the knife edge. Pull back to the corner of the knife, the process takes about 3-8 seconds (3-6 seconds for ordinary steel knives, 4-8 seconds for ceramic knives).
Repeat several times and the knife can be sharpened.
